*By doing business with me you agree to the following terms of service. Please read carefully!*

Requirements

  • You must be older than 18 to work with me. I reserve the right to ask for your ID.
  • Customers must provide a clean fursuit-friendly turnaround reference to apply for a slot. (No gradients, no shading etc.) Under NO circumstances do I accept AI generated artwork or fursuit references. If you don't have a reference, I am willing to draw one for a fee.
  • Fullsuits as well as 3/4 suits require you to send me a strong, durable duct tape dummy (DTD). Please wait for instructions for the DTD from me after being accepted for a commission. Other parts require accurate measurements.
  • ALLERGY WARNING! I own bunnies and thus advice against commissioning me if you have a rabbit or hay allergy.

    • Payment

  • I only accept payments via PayPal.
  • You must pay a 35% NON-REFUNDABLE downpayment for materials upon receiving a slot.
  • Payment plans are possible with a 3 month limit for the full amount being paid. It is important you are serious about commissioning me and financially secure. If payments aren't being met and you fail to communicate it beforehand, you may be put down on the queue or refunded and your slot will be given to someone else.

    • Completion and Deadlines

  • I do not work under deadlines or rush fees, but can generally give an ETA. Remember I am a single person, I don't create fursuits full time, and unfortunately things can come up and delay work. I will be absolutely transparent about any delays.

    • Commission Process

  • Your commission will only be started once the FULL payment has been made.
  • I will discuss all materials for the fursuit as well as show you different fur swatches ahead of ordering materials. If you choose to want anything changed past ordering, you will be required to pay for the new materials as well as, if needed, the work for replacing materials.
  • I send work in progress pictures (WIPs) throughout the whole commission process. Please let me know about changes you'd like to be made at appropriate times, as it may be hard to change some things after they have already been approved. Failing to do so and still wanting things changed will result in you being charged for the additional work effort and materials.

    • Refunds

  • If you would like a refund before the start of your commission, you will receive the full amount except the non-refundable downpayment.
  • If at any point during the commission process you request a refund, you will be refunded depending on the process of your commission.
  • Refunds after your commission has been completed are not possible.

    • Shipping and Insurance

  • All fursuits are shipped with tracked Priority Shipping through DHL.
  • Shipping is not included in your quote. Based on location I can give you an estimated amount but I will not know the exact amount until your suit is finished. Shipping costs will be paid seperately after your suit has been completed and the shipping fee has been calculated.
  • I am not responsible for damage or lost packages occuring during shipment.
  • IMPORTANT! Buyers outside of europe please be expected to pay custom/import fees. I am not responsible for any of those fees. Please inform yourself at your local customs office before commissioning me.
  • DISCLAIMER: If you live outside of the EUROPEAN UNION I cannot insure items for more than 1000€. Please keep that in mind when commissioning me.

    • Behavior

  • Please keep in mind that I am a single person and do not do fursuits fulltime, so please do not ask for WIPs daily. If you haven't heard from me in a while, you are obviously welcome to contact me.
  • Please contact me directly as soon as you have any questions about your commission or the process!
  • Problematic and unprofessional behavior displayed by clients are not tolerated and may result in an immediate cancellation and refund.
